At Elumine, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The item is in the same condition in which it was received.

  • All original packaging and accessories are included.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrance bottles

  • Products with broken manufacturer seals (unless damaged upon arrival)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our mistake

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent.
